Saladworks has officially reopened its corporate-owned restaurant at 1484 Blackwood-Clementon Road, Clementon, NJ, following a remodel. It’s located in Cherrywood Plaza, where the new ShopRite opened recently.
Few restaurant chains can claim South Jersey as their birthplace quite like Saladworks.
The company opened its first location in Cherry Hill Mall in 1986. Soon afterward, the concept gained popularity thanks to its made-to-order salads and fresh ingredients. Over the years, Saladworks expanded throughout the region and eventually grew into a nationally recognized brand.
Today, the company operates under WOWorks, the parent company behind several fast-casual restaurant concepts. Nevertheless, Saladworks continues to maintain strong ties to South Jersey, where many loyal customers have enjoyed the brand for decades..
Saladworks has always built its reputation around fresh ingredients and endless customization. Customers can select one of the restaurant’s signature salads or create their own bowl from dozens of fresh ingredients.
Additionally, guests can enjoy wraps packed with vegetables, proteins, and flavorful dressings. For those looking for something warm, the menu also includes hearty soups and satisfying melt sandwiches.
Recently, Saladworks expanded its offerings even further. The addition of protein-forward warm rice bowls has attracted customers looking for more substantial meals. These “double protein bowls” feature premium ingredients such as fire-grilled steak, hot honey chicken, and sweet chili shrimp, providing flavorful options for guests focused on high-protein diets.
Although Saladworks has expanded nationally, its South Jersey presence remains strong. Local residents can still find Saladworks throughout the region, including Deptford, Cherry Hill, Collingswood, Cinnaminson, Delran, Marlton, Mount Laurel, and Mount Holly.
For South Jersey diners seeking fresh ingredients, customizable meals, and healthier dining options, the newly remodeled Clementon Saladworks is ready to serve. Please note that the website and Google hours as of this writing were incorrect. The store opens at 11:00am daily (not 10:30am).
