Owner Eric Adili is no stranger to the restaurant scene. He previously ran The Fat Tomato in Berlin, NJ, before selling it in 2023. Now, he’s returning to the food business with a fast-casual concept focused on two South Jersey favorites: burgers and cheesesteaks.

Given the region’s booming cheesesteak scene, the timing feels perfect. “The more, the merrier,” as they say.

Adili had already been using the space for his meal prep business, Gourmet Gains, but saw the opportunity to launch something with broader appeal. Thus, The Raging Bull was born.

While there will be limited indoor seating, the restaurant will primarily operate as a takeout and delivery spot. Customers can place orders online, and popular delivery services will be available for added convenience.

The menu promises crowd-pleasers: five varieties of cheesesteaks, two chicken cheesesteaks, four smashburger options (including a rotating burger of the month), crispy sides like fries, loaded fries, and onion rings, plus classic milkshakes and bottled drinks.

Quality ingredients are a top priority—cheesesteaks will be served on Liscio’s rolls with Cooper Sharp cheese, while burgers will be made with Schweid & Sons Ground Chuck and served on Martin’s potato buns. Fries and sides will be fried in 100% beef tallow for that extra flavor.

The Raging Bull is expected to be open Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with an anticipated grand opening in early September.

Which looks about right since work is still in progress inside. If you know anybody looking for a job, they are in the process of hiring, too.

Stay tuned for updates such as the official opening date—we’ll be sharing it soon!
