We visited Tuscan Bistro, a BYOB in Washington Township, and were warmly greeted before being seated. A singing duo provided pleasant live music throughout our meal. Entrées include both soup and salad; we enjoyed the Pasta Fagioli, Lobster Bisque, and a fresh house salad. The bisque was rich with seafood, and the Pasta Fagioli was hearty and flavorful.
My companion ordered the Manicotti, filled with creamy cheese and topped with a bright tomato sauce. I chose the Mediterranean Salad, a generous serving of grilled chicken and shrimp with olives, roasted peppers, and Gorgonzola—fresh, flavorful, and a great value.
Although we skipped dessert this time, we’ve enjoyed their options in the past. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience.
Reservations are strongly recommended on Saturdays due to live music and high demand.
