Crispy Cones in Voorhees

Crispý Cones Now Open in Voorhees

A popular dessert concept with roots in Europe and a boost from ABC’s “Shark Tank” has officially arrived in South Jersey. Crispý Cones in Voorhees has opened on Friday, June 5th, in Eagle Plaza on Haddonfield-Berlin Road, featuring its signature rotisserie-style dough cones and gourmet soft-serve creations in Camden County.

The dessert shop specializes in sweet treats inspired by pastries commonly found in the Czech Republic and other parts of Europe. Unlike a traditional waffle cone, the dough cone is freshly baked on a rotisserie grill, rolled in cinnamon sugar or specialty powders, then filled with soft-serve ice cream, spreads, fruit, and toppings.

Located at 700 Haddonfield-Berlin Road, Unit 7, the Voorhees shop marks the company’s second New Jersey location following the opening of its Edison store last year. The brand gained national attention after founders Jeremy and Kaitlyn Carlson secured a deal with investor Barbara Corcoran on the television show “Shark Tank,” helping fuel expansion across the country.

The menu features customizable cone creations with flavors ranging from cookie dough and salted caramel to strawberry pie and peanut butter banana. Customers can also choose spreads, sauces, fresh fruit, and crunchy toppings to build their own dessert combination.

Social media buzz around the brand has continued to grow as food lovers compare the dessert to the popular “chimney cakes” found throughout Eastern Europe. Social media users and dessert fans have praised the warm baked cone paired with cold soft serve as a unique twist on traditional ice cream treats.

According to the company’s website, the Voorhees location is expected to operate daily from 12:00 PM to midnight, making it a new late-night dessert option for South Jersey residents.
