Dory’s Mediterranean Grill operated as a Mediterranean eatery at Ironstone Village, 560 Stokes Road in Medford, for over three years. It closed last year and will now be making a comeback as a Mediterranean specialty retail market at 200 Tuckerton Road in Medford. The storefront will offer fresh grab and go items and imported gourmet products, focusing on Lebanese, Turkish, and Greek flavors.

“Dory’s Mediterranean Good Market is setting out to be a culinary haven that encapsulates the essence of the Mediterranean,” proprietors Christine and Dory Chamoun told South Jersey Food Scene. “There will be both homemade sweet and savory delights, teas and coffees, condiments, and more. We’ll have an unparalleled selection of products representing the Mediterranean at the new Dory’s.”

Among the homemade items will be the signature hummus available in four flavors and five varieties of heavenly handmade baklava. They’ll also offer baba ghanouj, grape leaves, marinades, and vegan stews.

The opening date has yet to be announced but is coming soon, according to a recent Instagram post.

Dory’s is looking to put the Med in Medford. More information when it becomes available.
