Today, Eclipse Brewing owner Chris Mattern and his wife Beth announced they have sold the micro-brewery located at 25 E. Park Avenue in Merchantville to Megan Hilbert, owner and operator of Red’s Rolling Restaurant based in Pennsauken. She runs three very successful food trucks, and is now getting into the micro-brewery game.
Chris and Beth opened Eclipse ten years ago and it has become mainstay in Merchantville, welcoming local craft beer lovers and visitors from all over the globe. But now they are ready to retire, and are passing the tap to Megan.
Megan promises not to change anything, rather enhance the beer drinking experience. Eclipse is a beloved destination for beer drinkers in Merchantville and South Jersey. She will make small improvements over time.
