A fun modern touch is the tablet ordering system, where crisp food photos make browsing the menu easy and engaging. Whether you’re a seasoned fan of Colombian cuisine or trying it for the first time, ordering feels smooth and intuitive.

One of the standout aspects of the experience was the bilingual staff. Their friendly, accommodating service helped eliminate any language barriers, making conversation and ordering comfortable and stress-free.

Of course, the heart of the visit is the food. Traditional Colombian favorites like Bandeja Parcera Montanera, empanadas, and churrasco are served with genuine flavor and flair. It’s a culinary journey straight to Colombia’s gastronomic roots without leaving Pennsauken.

Upon our visit, we both chose to enjoy pork entrees. But first, we were treated to an appetizer of Arepitas (mini corn cakes) with Hogao (Colombian creole sauce), a mild (non-spicy), chunky sofrito made with peppers, tomatoes, and onions. That sauce was so good that I asked for another ramekin!

Lomo de Cerdo a la Parrilla

Our mains were quite good. He chose the Lomo de Cerdo a la Parrilla (grilled pork cutlet), and I chose the Lomo Hawaiano (Hawaiian-inspired grilled pork cutlet), which was served with copious amounts of white cheese, cubed ham, and pineapple. We both chose Papa Criolla (yellow Creole potatoes) and salad as our sides. The potatoes came topped with that glorious hogao. Absolutely delicious!

We ended the meal with the Mousse de Maracuyá (passion fruit mousse), a perfectly balanced dessert of a light, creamy mousse layered over an Oreo crust and finished with a bright, tart passion fruit gelée. Next time, we won’t be sharing; we’re definitely ordering one each. I failed to take a photo.

The bill was under $70, which we found very reasonable, and quite happy with everything.

Altogether, Los Parceros Steakhouse offers a memorable dining experience: a vibrant atmosphere, convenient tech-forward ordering, friendly and helpful service, and delicious, authentic cuisine that feels like an escape to the tropical environs of Colombia, which was quite welcome in the middle of winter ahead of the coldest temperatures we’ve had in a while!
