Bagelati Bagel & Gelato Ice Cafe opened this past Monday at 1096 Route 130 (at Riverton Rd) in Cinnaminson. The bagel and gelato spot (next to Dunkin’) will be open Monday-Saturday 6am-11pm and Sunday 7am-11pm. There’s lots of parking in the front and on the side. It’s bright and spacious inside with a lot of comfortable tables & chairs, including blue velvet couches and chairs, and some semi-private rooms. There’s outdoor seating, too.

Bagelati offers an assortment of the usual bagel suspects (plain, everything, sesame, poppy seed, cinnamon raisin, etc.) Bagels can be served as is or with a variety of cream cheeses. There’s also lots of breakfast and lunch sandwich options as well as omelettes. They also offer deli sandwiches, burgers, cheesesteaks, and hoagies. Seems like a well-rounded menu!

They’ve got a nice selection of tempting desserts and baked goods. I spotted favorites such as tiramisu, carrot cake, cheesecakes, chocolate cake, limoncello cake, creme brulee, various mousses, even a souffle and some parfaits! A nice place to get a sweet treat.

There’s about 20 or so flavors of gelato with a wide array of toppings. I spotted some fun flavors such as Snickers, Chips Ahoy, Tiramisu, Green Tea, just to name a few. They also make gelato pops or gelato on a stick.

I was so pleased to see that they have non-dairy/vegan gelato flavors, too. On this visit, they had vegan coconut, key lime, and blueberry gelato. I noticed they also had vegan dark chocolate, but it was empty. I tried the coconut and blueberry which were both very good and grabbed a large combo to go. I hope they rotate flavors frequently.

I noticed quite a few of the flavors were sold out actually. That could be upsetting especially if you had your heart set on a flavor as I did with the vegan dark chocolate. Sad face.

I enjoyed my turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on spinach bagel. A pretty decent value for $4.69. Hubby just had a plain buttered everything bagel which he liked. Next time, perhaps he’ll spring for the Nova Lox Deluxe ($9.99) with nova lox, cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, and capers.
Overall, I feel this is a great addition to the Cinnaminson dining scene. Much better than most breakfast options in the area, but probably not my favorite bagels. I’d like to try some of the deli sandwiches next time, though!
Skip the self-serve coffee. It wasn’t that great. Plus they didn’t offer any non-dairy creamer or soy milk. A must for lactose-intolerant people. Next time I will try one of their espresso bar drinks if they have soy or almond milk. They offer lattes, cappuccinos, etc.
It’s amazing to think how much money and effort they put into transforming the building from an old 7-Eleven into what it is now. I wish them lots of luck and we will definitely go back.
